This is a sparkling cider at 10% alcohol. It's obtained by the"methode champenoise". This cider is well-balanced and fresh. Apples are selected to make this cider. Take as aperitif or with a dessert.

This table cider is like wine making. At 10% alcohol from 1997 crop, it's dry with an light fruity taste. It's excellent with white meal and fish.
