Since 1945 following family tradition , "La Cidrerie du Village" is born from "Les Vergers Bernard Dubé inc." in 1995 . Our Grandfather and our father made hard cider in the years 1950 to 1970 . The Dubé family is keeping the making of this traditional apple product alive . Since 1996 "les Vergers Bernard Dubé" with "La Cidrerie du Village" have a fabrication and sale's license for small scale production of cider . We sell our product only at our local premises . Most of our knowledge was taught by "les pères de Saint-Benoit" du lac in Québec and some from our father . We have 6 ciders , 2 hard sparkling ciders from traditional method(Champegnoise) , 2 hard ciders , 1 light cider and 1 appetizer ice cider . Since three years , we made 4000 liters of cider a year . In conclusion , "La Cidrerie du Village" is a dynamic family enterprise that cares for our product and always trying to have high quality products for you.
